Ground Beef With Swiss Chard - Pressure Cooker


1. Brown ground beef on saute setting.

2. Add onion and garlic - cook 2-3 more minutes.

3. Add chicken stock, chard, tomatoes, salt, pepper, pepper flake, and orzo. Stir.

4. Cook at high pressure for 12 minutes. Use quick release.

5. Stir and serve- top with Parmesan cheese.
