Guacamole And Cheese Chalupas


1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or deep-fat fryer.

2. When hot, deep-fry the tortillas for 2 minutes until crisp and golden.

3. Alternatively, you can bake the tortillas for 20 minutes.

4. Mash together the avocado and goat cheese.

5. Add the onion, cumin seeds, lemon juice, hot sauce and seasoning.

6. Top each tortilla with the guacamole, then a little yogurt.

7. Sprinkle the cilantro on top, to garnish.
