1. Halve avocados, remove pits and scoop flesh into a large bowl. 2. Squeeze juice of lime over immediately to prevent browning. 3. Roughly mash the avocado with the back of a large spoon. 4. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. 5. The mixture should be a little rough with chunks of avocado remaining. 6.
