1. In a large bowl, mash the avocado with the yogurt and lemon juice. Stir in the other ingredients except the red onion garnish. I added a little more lemon juice. 2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish the red onion on top. I sprinkled a light dusting of cayenne pepper and scattered a few crumbles of feta on top, too. 3. Serving suggestions: tortilla chips, toasted pide or Turkish bread slices, crackers, French bread, etc. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
