1. In a small pot caramelize onions with oil. 2. Add spices and keep stirring with whisk 3. add brown sugar then honey 4. Then add stout. 5. Bring to a boil. 6. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until reduced by about half. Sauce will thicken quite a lot as it cools. 7.
