1. Roast the semolina in ghee and keep aside. 2. Roast the whole wheat flour in ghee and keep aside. 3. In a pot, melt sugar in water until it has completely dissolved. 4. Add the sugar-water mixture to the flour mixture and cook, stirring continuously, for a few minutes. 5. Remove from heat. 6. Garnish with blanched and sliced almonds. 7. Serve hot.
