1. Sort beans and remove any debris. 2. Add beans to water in pressure cooker. 3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. 4. Soak overnight. 5. Add the rest of the salt to taste, bacon, onion, and garlic powder. 6. Pressure cook beans until tender, but firm. 7. Cooking times will vaary with altitude, but 15-20 minutes on a medium rock will cook them well. 8. Run cool water over pressure cooker lid before removing lid. 9. Wait for vents to drop before rotating the lid from the pot. 10. Add tomatos and cilantro. 11.
