1. Melt butter in a sauce pan. 2. Whisk in flour until smooth. 3. Gradually add broth and bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat and stir for a couple of minutes until thickened. 5. Add broccoli and onion. 6. Cook and stir until broccoli is tender tender-crisp. 7. Add ham and cream. Heat through. 8.
