1. In large saucepan over medium-high heat, heat oil until just hot enough to sizzle a drop of water. 2. Add onion and pepper. 3. Cook, stirring frequently, until crisptender, about 4 minutes. 4. Stir in chicken broth and ham. Heat to boiling. 5. While constantly stirring soup, slowly pour in eggs. 6. Immediately remove from heat. 7. Stir in sesame oil. 8.
