Ham And Zucchini Risotto


1. Spray pan with oil and heat.

2. Cook leek, garlic, celery and ham until leek is soft.

3. Add rice and stir until rice is coated.

4. Add stock and milk and bring to boil.

5. Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is soft, stirring occasionally.

6. Add zucchini and peas, cook another 5 minutes.

7. Remove from heat, stir in parsley, cheese and pepper.
