1. Cook hamburger 2. Add Onion. (I saute this seperately in a bit of soy sauce). 3. Add Soup, Soy Sauce, Sour Cream, and Water. 4. Bring to just a boil, then reduce heat to low and add Peas and rice. 5. Cover and cook 10 to 15 Minutes. (I didn't stir or lift the lid for 10 min and it came out just right.). 6.
