1. In a shallow bowl, beat together all the ingredients except the buns with a fork until well blended. Dip both sides of buns in mixture (note: do not soak in mixture; just dip to cover lightly!). 2. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat.
