1. Sift wheat flour with salt in a bowl. 2. Add in 2 tbsps. 3. of oil. 4. Add mashed peas and mix well. 5. Add pepper, cilanto and lime juice. 6. Knead well. 7. Divide into 16 equal parts. 8. Shape into round balls. 9. Roll each ball on a floured board into a circle. 10. Lift each roti carefully with floured hands. 11. Place on a hot griddle one at a time. 12. Shallow fry with 1-2 tbsp. 13. of oil until brown specs appear on both sides (i. e. both sides must be well cooked). 14. Remove on a clean napkin to drain out excess oil. 15. Serve immediately. 16.
