1. Warm a skillet over med flame, add cumin coriander and caraway seeds, toast until seeds are fragrant, approx 3 minutes.

2. Grind in a spice grinder until fine.

3. Place seeds in bowl, and add cayenne, garlic, lemon and salt. Stir in olive oil until smooth.
