1. Combine eggs, milk, orange puree, maple syrup or honey, cinnamon, and vanilla in a large shallow dish. 2. Dip bread until soaked on both sides. 3. Cook in skillet over medium heat. Use a small amount of oil (or butter) to keep the toast from sticking. Allow the first side to brown, then flip to brown the second side of the bread. 4.
