1. Preheat oven to 400°F 2. Cook meat and peppers in a large nonstick skillet on medium, stirring frequently until cooked through. 3. Add one cup of the salsa and all of the beans; simmer 4 minutes until the peppers are tender. 4. Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup of the cheese. 5. Spread 1/4 cup of the salsa onto the bottom of 13x9 inch dish. 6. Brush the salad dressing lightly over both sides of the tortillas. 7. Stack 4 of the tortillas and wrap them in a large sheet of waxed paper, and microwave on high 20-30 seconds until warm. 8. Immediately spoon 1/3 of the meat mixture down the center of each tortilla. 9. Roll up, placing seam-side down in the dish. 10. Repeat. 11. Spoon 3/4 cup of salsa evenly over the filled tortillas and cover with foil. 12. Bake 20 min or until heated through. 13. Uncover, top with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese and bake an additional 3 minutes until cheese is melted. 14.
