1. Brown 2 lbs lean ground beef on 10 inch skillet and drain liquid drippings. Put back into skillet and put aside. Cook Simply Potatoes cut potatoes in a 10 inch skillet and drain as well. Put aside. Saute chopped garlic, chopped bell peppers, and diced onions in 3 tblspoons canola oil on hot frying pan. Once all is soft and sauted for a few minutes, add cooked ground beef and cooked Simply Potatoes cut potatoes into frying pan and mix on low heat for 3-5 minutes. Serve with toast for a quick sandwich or crackers for a quick snack. Also can be eaten in a tortilla as a burrito. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
