1. Beat the heavy cream until stiff. 2. Next, beat the egg yolks with 1 tbsp sugar. 3. Melt the chocolate "au bain marie" with the water, make sure you don't let it get to a boil. 4. Mix the chocolate with the egg yolks. 5. Next, beat the egg whites with the rest of the sugar. 6. And for the last step, you fold everything gently together with a spatula. 7.
