1. Put onion, garlic and ginger in food processor and blend. 2. add yogurt, lemon juice and spices. 3. pulse lightly. 4. make diagonal cuts across each large piece of chicken. 5. in Plastic bag, combine chicken and marinade mixture. 6. Marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 8 hours; ideally overnight. 7. Prepare grill; spray with non stick spray. 8. remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. 9. cook chicken until juices run clear. 10. serve with rice pilaf and fresh vegetables for a lovely meal. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
