1. Crumble feta in a bowl and pour milk over it. Let sit out for 30 minutes. 2. Place tomato slices in single later on plate, and sprinkle with pepper & basil. 3. Drain milk from feta. Beat margarine into cheese. 4. Mash garlic to form paste; beat into cheese mixture. 5. Continue beating to desired smoothness. 6. Preheat grill. 7. Shape meat into 4 patties (try to match shape of bread slices. 8. Grill to desired doneness. 9. Spread feta on bread slices and add burgers.
