1. Preheat oven to 375F & line a baking sheet with parchment. 2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl; stir in herbs & 1 cup of the cheese. 3. Whisk egg & milk together in a small bowl; pour over the dry ingredients & stir until just combined. 4. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface; pat into a square that is approximately 8" and 2" thick. 5. Slice into 8 rectangular pieces about 4" x 2" & transfer to the baking sheet. 6. Brush with a little milk & sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake in oven until golden brown, approximately 18 to 20 minutes. 7. Although you can serve these at room temperature, I prefer them warm! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
