1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cut meat into 1" cubes. 3. Coat with flour. 4. Melt shortning in skillet. 5. Brown Meat. 6. Add Onion. 7. Cook & stir until onion tender. 8. Pour into ungreased 2 Qt casserole. 9. Sprinkle with 3 tbs flour, salt pepper, thyme and garlic salt. 10. Pour water over mixture, cover casserole. 11. Bake 45-60 minutes until meat is tender. 12. Increase oven temp to 450 degrees. 13. arrange potatoes on meat. 14. Sprinkle salt & paprika. 15.
