Herbed Beer Bread


1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

2. To Bake:

3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

4. Add the beer and stir until just incorporated. Use a wooden spoon.

5. Scrape into an 8x4 loaf pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until crusty and golden.

6. Let stand in pan for 5 minutes and then remove to wire rack.

7. Brush immediately with 1 teaspoon of melted butter.
