Herbed Scrambled Eggs


1. melt butter in a non stick frying pan over med heat.

2. pour in eggs, and cook for 1 minute without stirring.

3. with a wooden spoon, gently turn the eggs from bottom to top, scraping all around the edges of the pan.

4. the eggs should not brown.

5. when the eggs form soft curds, add herbs and turn onto a warmed plate immediately.
