1. Place the bread in an 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish. 2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs, milk, orange juice, orange peel and vanilla. 3. Pour over bread; turn to coat. 4. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. 5. In a large skillet, cook French toast in butter over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. 6.
