1. Pour the eggnog into a pie plate. 2. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and stir to blend. 3. Heat a griddle over medium heat until hot. 4. Add about 1/2 Table. of butter and let it melt. 5. Dip one slice of bread into the eggnog mixture and place on the griddle. 6. When the first side has browned, flip over and brown the second side. 7. Serve with warm maple syrup. 8.
