1. Place potatoes and green beans in a medium pot. Cover with water. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. 2. Drain and set aside to cool. 3. In the meantime brown beef in a skillet until cooked through. Drain fat. Set aside and allow to cool. 4. Combine potatoes, green beans, beef and cooked rice in a large bowl. Stir well to mix thoroughly. 5. Package in Ziploc bags or containers in individual meal size portions.
