Homemade Caramel Corn


1. also need microwave-safe bowl and paper sack twice the size of the cooked bag popcorn.

2. Pour cooked bag of microwave popcorn into small to medium size paper bag & set aside.

3. In bowl, stir melted margarine, sugar, corn syrup & vanilla and microwave for 2 minutes.

4. Add baking soda and stir well.

5. Pour bowl’s mixture into paper sack of popcorn.

6. Both shake and stir well.

7. Put entire sack in microwave for 1 minute and then shake again.

8. Pour over cookie sheet to cool.
