1. Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. 2. Fry slowly on a griddle or in large frypan in small amounts of cooking oil. Using a ladle, pour and swirl into a desired size circle. Let fry until the top is dry, then flip for a minute or so to set the other side. If they turn out like crepes, make the shells thicker. 3. Fill with your favorite ingredients.
