1. In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat and add horseradish, onions, pepper and garlic. 2. Sauté until translucent, 5 to 8 minutes. 3. Add all other ingredients, and bring to a boil. 4. Turn heat down, and simmer 1 hour. 5. Strain through a double thickness of cheesecloth and store in a wooden cask, if possible. 6.
