1. Brown chicken in oil on all sides; remove from pot. 2. Add chili powder, sesame seeds, cloves, cinnamon, brown sugar, fenugreek, and salt and pepper; brown in oil. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Simmer until tender. 5. Add chicken and cook until tender, turning occasionally. 6. Add more water if necessary. 7. NOTE: Peanuts can also be included in the sauce. 8.
