Honey Dijon Chicken With Capers


1. Salt and Pepper chicken on both sides to season.

2. Heat oil over med.

3. high in frying pan, cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side.

4. Pour in broth, capers, rosemary and thyme.

5. Return to simmer for 5 minutes.

6. Stir in mustard, butter and honey and immediately remove from heat.

7. Serve with spooning remaining sauce over each breast.
