1. Place chicken in greased 9" X 13" dish. 2. Combine milk, cornstarch, soy, honey, vinegar and garlic. 3. Pour over chicken, tossing to coat. 4. Bake at 425 for 25 min, stirring twice. 5. Addd green onions and sesame seeds. 6. Bake 10 minutes until chicken is done and sauce thickened. 7.
