1. Place the potatoes into a bowl with 2 tbsps. water to cover, then place in the microwave, cook until done, about 5 minutes, then drain well and set aside for later use. 2. heat the oil and add onion and potatoes and fry until these things turn golden. 3. now add salt and pepper . stir it well. 4. and now add honey and stir weel then add lime juice and mix it well. 5. serve it as side dish. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
