Honey Tortoni


1. Combine bread crumbs, coconut and almonds in a 9 x 13" pan and toast at 450F until golden, taking care not to scorch.

2. Stir in butter and sugar; chill.

3. Blend Cool Whip and honey; add crumb mixture and stir until just blended.

4. Spoon into paper or foil baking cups and freeze until firm or overnight.

5. For parfait version, alternate layers of crumb mixture and whipped topping; freeze.
