Honey Water

1. Combine the wine and the honey in a bowl and mix well.

2. Add the cinnamon stick.

3. Cover and let stand in the sun for 3 days.

4. Remove the cinnamon.

5. Pour into a glass jar and seal.

6. Let stand 3 more days in the sun.

7. NOTE: prep time does not include time in the sun.
