1. Boil linguini, drain and keep warm. 2. Peel and clean shrimp. (Remove tails). 3. Melt butter in a large skillet. 4. Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter until soft. 5. Mix in the lemongrass pesto, cream, and parmesan cheese until well combined and bubbling. 6. Add the shrimp; cook until just done. Do not overcook. 7. Pour the mixture over the warm linguini and serve immediately. 8. Sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro, to add color. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
