1. Heat a wok VERY hot over a high gas flame. 2. Pour in the chicken stock, chili paste, snow pea pods and minced garlic. Mixture should come to a boil quickly. 3. Add the seafood and stir quickly for a few seconds. 4. Add fish sauce, chili peppers and basil leaves (keep leaves whole). 5. Stir for a few seconds. 6.
