1. Cut a thin slice off the top of each submarine bun; set top aside. 2. Hollow out bottom of bun, leaving a 1/2 inch shell; reserve 1/2 cup of bread. 3. In a skillet, cook beef, green pepper, onion, and garlic until meat is browned; drain. 4. Stir in soup, Worcestershire, reserved bread, and oregano; mixing well. 5. Spoon mixture into buns; top each with a slice of cheese. 6. Replace tops. 7. Place sandwiches on an ungreased baking sheet. 8.
