1. Boil and cube potatoes, set aside. 2. Cook bacon until crisp, drain set aside. 3. Reserve 1/4 cup bacon grease. 4. In reserved bacon fat cook onion until tender. 5. Blend in the mayo, salt, celery seed, and pepper. 6. Add water, and vinegar. 7. Cook and stir until bubbly. 8. Add cubed cooked potatoes, sliced thin polish sausage, and relish. 9.
