1. Combine pork & 1 tbsp soy, stir well & set aside. 2. Combine the remaining soy, juice, vinegar, honey & cornstartch. Stir well. 3. Spray a skillet and over high heat stir fry the pork until browned (1 1/2 minutes). 4. Remove pork from skillet. 5. Stir fry the peppers for 2 minutes. 6. Return pork to skillet & add juice mixture. 7. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. 8. Add noodles.
