Hungarian Chicken Paprikash


1. Brown onions in shortening.

2. Add seasonings and chicken brown 10 minutes.

3. Add water and simmer until tender.

4. Remove chicken.

5. Add sour cream to pan mix well.

6. Thicken with 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon flour made into a paste; stir into pan.

7. Replace chicken and heat through.
