Hungarian Noodles Homemade


1. Mix together the flour, eggs, salt and water.

2. Knead dough until smooth.

3. Let rest, covered, about 19 minutes.

4. Roll thin.

5. Roll up as for a jelly roll, or cut into strips. (Cut as narrow as possible or into SMALL squares).

6. Dry noodles then cook the same as you would regular noodles.
