1. Heat 1 inch salted water to boiling; add Brussels sprouts. 2. Heat to boiling; cover and reduce heat. 3. Simmer 8-10 minutes, or until tender; drain. 4. Fry bacon over medium heat until crisp. 5. Remove bacon with slotted spoon; reserve drippings. 6. Cook and stir onions in hot bacon drippings until tender. 7. Stir in Brussels sprouts, sour cream and pepper; salt to taste. 8.
