1. Saute onions in butter until very tender. 2. Add mushrooms and saute additional 2- 3 minutes. 3. Add wine, simmer, and reduce by half. 4. Add tomato puree and gravy and simmer for 5 minutes. 5. Adjust seasoning to your taste with Maggi, salt and pepper. 6. You can also add your favorite herbs to this sauce. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
