1. Melt the ice cream. 2. Sift the flour and baking powder together into a bowl. 3. Add the ice cream to the flour. 4. Combine but don't overmix. 5. Spoon into muffin tins. 6. Bake in a moderate oven for 12-18 minutes (test one by inserting a skewer). 7. Leave in tins for 5 minutes then remove and cool. 8.
