1. Heat water to boiling. 2. Add tea bags; reduce heat. 3. Simmer 2 minutes. 4. Remove tea bags. 5. Stir in remaining ingredients. 6. Heat to boiling. 7. Stir with wire whisk to foam milk. 8. Pour into cups. 9. Variation: For refreshing Chai Tea Smoothies, refrigerate mixture until cold. 10. Pour Chai Tea into blender container, and add 1 cup crushed ice. 11.
