1. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the yellow mustard seeds, cloves, salt, turmeric, ginger and coriander. 3. Cook, stirring often until the mustard seeds begin to pop, around 2 minutes. 4. Add the remaining ingredients except the boiling water and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring often. 5. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan containing the boiling water, allowing the pot to return to a boil. 6.
