1. Heat oil in a pan. 2. Toss in the sliced onion and saute until golden brown in colour. 3. Grind the ingredients listed under"to be ground to a paste". 4. Add the ground masala paste to the browned onions. 5. Stir and cook until the herbs release a tantalising aroma. 6. Fold in the prawns, mix well and cook for 5 minutes or until tender and ready to eat. 7. Remove from heat. 8. Serve hot with rotis/naans/kulcha. 9.
