1. Peel the potatoes and cut up into chunks and put into a boiling pan of water. 2. Wash the peel & season with salt & black pepper leave to marinate. 3. When potatoes are boiled, mash them up thoroughly. Add the milk, and the tikka spice & salt. Mix it up, and you should be able to smell the spices. 4. Make the mash up into golf ball sized balls, then cover them in plain flour. Once done, put them into the fryer. 5. Take them out the fryer, and add the peel. Put the croquettes in a pan with the peel and leave them in there for about ten minutes at 100 degrees, fan. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
